Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Wrong products shipped are replaced at no cost within 7 days. Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted on B2B wholesale orders as all sales are final.
