GST & Pricing Policy

Last Updated: March 2026  |  Version 2.0 All prices displayed on the GOEL A TO Z website are EXCLUSIVE of GST. The final invoice amount will include applicable GST, packaging charges, and shipping charges as communicated at the time of dispatch. 7.1   What Is Excluded from Listed Prices

The prices shown on product pages represent the base wholesale price only. The following charges are NOT included:

  • –GST (Goods and Services Tax) — as per applicable government rates on product HSN code.
  • –Packaging Charges — based on order size, product type, and packaging material used.
  • –Shipping / Freight Charges — based on weight, volume, and delivery destination (domestic or international).
7.2   GST Applicability

GOEL A TO Z is a GST-registered entity. GST will be applied on all taxable transactions at rates applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act, India:

  • –Wooden Katana / Training Swords: GST as per applicable HSN slab.
  • –LED Katana / Electronic Props: GST as per applicable HSN slab.
  • –Accessories & Other Products: Respective applicable GST rates.

We recommend consulting your tax advisor for input tax credit eligibility applicable to your business.

7.3   GST Invoice vs. Bill of Supply
Document Type Issued When
GST Tax Invoice Buyer provides a valid GSTIN at time of order
Bill of Supply Buyer does not have GSTIN (equally valid)

Both documents will clearly show base price, applicable taxes, packaging charges, and shipping charges as separate line items.

7.4   International Pricing

For international orders, prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversion, international wire transfer charges, and any banking fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. GOEL A TO Z does not bear exchange rate losses.

7.5   Price Changes

GOEL A TO Z reserves the right to revise product prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement and payment will be honored for that specific order.

7.6   Currency

All prices are listed and invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR). International buyers will be invoiced in INR unless a prior written agreement specifies otherwise.
