GOEL A TO Z is a dedicated B2B wholesale platform serving retailers, resellers, distributors, and bulk buyers of anime products. This policy governs the terms under which wholesale buyers can purchase from our platform.

6.1   Buyer Eligibility

Our platform is open to a wide range of buyers. You are eligible to purchase if you are:

  • –A registered business, retailer, shop owner, or distributor.
  • –An online reseller or marketplace seller.
  • –An individual wholesale buyer intending to resell products.
  • –A corporate buyer sourcing for events, gifting, or promotional purposes.
GSTIN is entirely optional. Buyers with a valid GSTIN can provide it at checkout to receive a GST-compliant tax invoice and claim input tax credit. Buyers without GSTIN will receive a standard bill of supply. This does not affect your eligibility to purchase. 6.2   Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ requirements vary by product category and are displayed on individual product pages. Orders below the specified MOQ may be rejected or revised pricing may apply. Contact us for MOQ flexibility on large-value or repeat orders.

6.3   Pricing & Volume Discounts

All prices on the website are exclusive of GST, packaging, and shipping charges. Tiered volume pricing may apply for larger quantities. Contact us for a custom bulk quotation on orders exceeding standard tiers.

Wholesale prices are confidential and available only to registered buyers. Sharing or publishing these prices publicly is prohibited and may result in account suspension. 6.4   Accepted Payment Methods

COD (Cash on Delivery) is NOT available. GOEL A TO Z is a 100% prepaid B2B platform. All payments must be received and confirmed before any order is dispatched. 6.5   GST & Invoicing

GOEL A TO Z is a GST-registered entity. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued to buyers who provide their GSTIN. Buyers without GSTIN will receive a bill of supply. Both documents are valid for business records.

6.6   Custom Orders

We may offer custom branding, packaging, or product modifications for eligible bulk orders. Custom orders require a written agreement, advance payment, and extended lead times. Please contact us directly to discuss customization requirements.

6.7   Account Termination

GOEL A TO Z reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account for violation of these policies, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of business details, or chargebacks without valid justification.
