Welcome to GOEL A TO Z ('we', 'our', 'us'). By accessing or placing a wholesale order on our B2B platform, you ('Buyer', 'you') agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1.1   Eligibility

Our platform is open to all B2B buyers including registered businesses, retailers, resellers, and individual wholesale purchasers. By registering, you confirm that:

  • –You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding contracts.
  • –You are purchasing for business/resale purposes, not personal use.
  • –You will not resell products to minors or for any unlawful purpose.
  • –Providing a GSTIN is optional. If provided, a GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued.
1.2   Account & Access

Access to wholesale pricing requires a verified buyer account. GOEL A TO Z reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1.3   Product Information

We make every effort to accurately represent all products including Wooden Katana, LED Katana, and other anime merchandise. However:

  • –Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in color or finish.
  • –Specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
  • –GOEL A TO Z is not liable for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing.
1.4   Pricing Important: All prices listed on the website are EXCLUSIVE of GST. Applicable GST, packaging charges, and shipping charges will be calculated and communicated separately at the time of final dispatch. 1.5   Payment Terms

All orders require full prepayment before dispatch. We accept UPI / Razorpay, Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payment must be confirmed before order processing begins.

1.6   Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. GOEL A TO Z reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. A full refund will be processed in such cases.

1.7   Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — logos, product designs, images, and text — is the intellectual property of GOEL A TO Z. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

1.8   Limitation of Liability

GOEL A TO Z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order in question.

1.9   Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1.10   Amendments

GOEL A TO Z reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
