Cancellation Policy

5.3 Cancellation by GOEL A TO Z
Given the wholesale nature of our operations and order processing timelines, GOEL A TO Z has defined the following cancellation policy. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
5.1 Cancellation WindowOrders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at:

Please include your Order ID in all cancellation communications.

| After dispatch (domestic) | No cancellation accepted |
| After dispatch (international) | No cancellation accepted |
| Custom / made-to-order products | No cancellation once production begins |
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- –Product is out of stock or unavailable at time of processing.
- –Payment verification fails or a transaction is flagged as suspicious.
- –Incorrect pricing was published due to a technical error on the platform.
- –The order violates our B2B eligibility or compliance criteria.
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
5.4 Refund on CancellationApproved cancellations will receive a full refund (minus any applicable processing fee) to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
