Refund policy

Last Updated: March 2026  |  Version 2.0 As a B2B wholesale platform, GOEL A TO Z does not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or transit damage. All B2B sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. 4.1   No Return Policy

Returns or refunds will NOT be processed for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by the Buyer.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage after delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic variations in color, finish, or dimensions from website images.
  • Delays in delivery caused by logistics partners, customs, or external events.
  • International orders where customs clearance was delayed or the package was refused.
4.2   Eligible Claims — Defect or Damage Only

A replacement or refund claim will be considered ONLY in these situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect: A visible defect present at the time of packing.
  • Transit Damage: Product physically damaged due to courier mishandling.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: Item received does not match the confirmed order.
  • Missing Items: Order is incomplete or items are missing from the shipment.
4.3   Claim Filing Process

To raise a valid defect or damage claim, follow these steps:

  1. 1.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officialgoelatoz@gmail.com.
  2. 2.Include your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the defective or damaged product, and the original packaging.
  3. 3.Our quality team will review the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. 4.If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Claims raised after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances. 4.4   Refund Method & Timeline

GST amounts are non-refundable once a tax invoice has been issued and filed.

4.5   Replacement

For approved defect or damage claims, GOEL A TO Z may offer a replacement product subject to stock availability. Replacement shipping charges will be borne entirely by GOEL A TO Z for all approved claims.
