GOEL A TO Z ships Pan-India to all states and union territories. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us at officialgoelatoz@gmail.com for international shipping rates, timelines, and destination eligibility before placing an international order.

3.3 Shipping & Packaging ChargesShipping and packaging charges are calculated based on the following factors and confirmed before dispatch:
- –Total order weight and volumetric dimensions.
- –Delivery location — domestic metro, tier-2/tier-3 city, or international.
- –Applicable courier partner rates at the time of dispatch.
For large bulk orders, negotiated freight rates may be available. Contact us for a shipping quotation before placing bulk orders.
3.4 Prepaid Orders Only GOEL A TO Z is a prepaid-only B2B platform. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any order — domestic or international. All orders must be fully paid before dispatch. 3.5 PackagingAll products including Wooden Katana and LED Katana are packed with appropriate protective materials to prevent transit damage. Packaging charges are billed separately to ensure product safety and quality.
3.6 TrackingA shipment tracking number will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
3.7 Customs & Import Duties (International)For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. GOEL A TO Z will provide accurate commercial invoices to facilitate customs clearance.
3.8 Incorrect Address / Failed DeliveryIt is the Buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. GOEL A TO Z is not liable for non-delivery or re-dispatch charges arising from incorrect address information provided at the time of ordering.
